Frequently Asked Questions

Our postal day is a Wednesday for standard boxes, Friday for market mystery boxes.

We post all bakes by Royal Mail Tracked24, meaning they usually arrive within two days.

You certainly can - we have a few collection slots available on checkout! If you would like to collect from us at 5 The Croft, Christchurch, Wisbech PE14 9PU, please use the collect option on checkout, and pick a time slot. We understand things don’t always go to plan, so if you are running late - please just let us know! If you would like to collect from Chatteris, please drop us a line and let us know!

All cookie based items should be stored in an airtight container; all other bakes should be stored in the fridge.

All bakes will last 5 days after delivery.

Unfortunately we cannot refund your bakes once posted, as we bake to order. 

Please send us some photos of the damage to thevillagecakerychristchurch@gmail.com, and we will look into the matter, and work out a solution.
