A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, with the final balance due six weeks before the event; final numbers, dietary requirements and guest choices must also be confirmed at this point
We accept payment by bank transfer, online SumUp payment, or cash. Our bank details are included on our invoices
If the event is over 10 miles from us in PE14, we will add on a mileage charge of 35p per mile
